How detailed is the inspection?

Each item is checked for transit damage, finish defects and missing parts, with photos from multiple angles and a written note. Enough to support a supplier claim.

What happens if an item is damaged on arrival?

We don't deliver it to the customer. It's quarantined, you're notified the same day, and we agree return, repair or replacement.

Can you assemble anything?

Standard furniture, beds, wardrobes, dining tables, modular sofas, office desks. Bespoke or specialist installs we'll flag in advance.

How long do delivery slots last?

We book two-hour windows with the customer and call 30 minutes before arrival.

Do you handle returns?

Yes — collected from the customer, brought back, inspected and either restocked, returned to supplier or written off, with photos throughout.

Is there a minimum volume?

No minimum to get started. Most ongoing partners do at least 10 deliveries a week with us.

Most damage and most disputes happen because nobody inspected the furniture properly when it arrived. By the time the customer opens the box, the supplier, the carrier and the retailer are all pointing at each other.

We take that risk off the table. Every item we handle is inspected on arrival, photographed, and logged before it goes anywhere. From there our two-man crews deliver, place and assemble in the customer's home — politely, properly, and with everything documented.
