How do you handle damaged deliveries?

Photographed and reported within 24 hours, with the supplier copied so claims sit on the right desk.

Can you install when the client is on holiday?

Yes, that's our favourite kind of install day. Key handover, photo proof, and the home revealed on their return.

Will your team interact with our client?

Only as you wish. Most designers prefer to host the install themselves; we'll stay polite and out of the way.

Can you hang art and mirrors?

Light to medium pieces, yes. Heavy or specialist installs we'll flag and recommend a specialist.

Do you sign NDAs for high-profile clients?

Yes, as standard for any project that requires it.
